PWHL Roster Update - 04.20.2024

The Professional Women’s Hockey League announced a series of roster updates ahead of today’s games.
Boston
Boston has upgraded forward Loren Gabel from Short Term Injured Reserve to Long Term Injured Reserve. She previously sustained an upper-body injury after receiving a hit along the boards in Boston’s game against Ottawa on March 16.
Forward Kelly Babstock was elevated from a Reserve Contract to a 10-Day contract. While forward Nicole Kosta was elevated from a short-term contract to a Standard Player Agreement. In six games with Boston this season, Kosta has notched one assist.
Montréal
Montréal signed forward Mikyla Grant-Mentis to a Standard Player Agreement for the rest of the season. She started with the team in March as a Reserve Player, then signed a 10-Day contract later in the season.
New York
New York signed forward Alexa Gruschow and defender Carley Olivier to 10-Day contracts. They previously were on New York’s Reserve Player list.
Olivier’s contract will activate after their game on April 20.
Ottawa
Ottawa activated forward Becca Gilmore from Long Term Injured Reserve. Gilmore was previously placed on LTIR leading up to the roster freeze on April 3. In 17 games with Ottawa, she has scored three assists.
